Growing up, I always knew I was different. I moved through the world as a psychic empath, often overwhelmed by the energies around me until I learned to understand them as a gift. As a timid soul with a deep hunger for philosophy, I spent my time creating quotes and exploring the depths of life, but I was still searching for my own peace.
 

Everything shifted after a difficult breakup when I felt a calling to a bookstore. With a gift card from my brother and a nudge from the universe, I found Gabrielle Bernstein’s The Universe Has Your Back. Sitting in my room and completing those first 30 days of meditation changed my life forever. I finally found the peace I had been searching for.
 

Life continued to pivot me toward my spiritual calling through every challenge—from co-founding a mindfulness food blog to finding my voice in Public Relations and ASL Education. What began as sharing my soul’s journey on Instagram grew into a vibrant community, leading to my signature programs: Manifesting Circle and Manifesting 101.
 

To deepen this work, I studied under Reiki Master Hae Lee, integrating her powerful Los Angeles-based lineage into my coaching. Today, I combine my background as an Educator (M.A.), Reiki Master, and Integrative Coach to help you clear energetic static and manifest profound transformation. As a multifaceted talent, I use every tool in my kit—from the quiet power of energy work to the visual language of film—to advocate for your light.
